How the game of football is changing and how it will continue to evolve in the future is of paramount importance.

As a result, The FA's has published a new blueprint for elite youth player development: 'The Future Game'.

The 275-page document outlines The FA's player development guidelines in age specific sections with more than 100 accompanying practice sessions.

The document, which has been developed by The FA's coaching staff, has been distributed to all Premier League and Football League clubs and provides a clear vision on The FA's philosophy for young player development.
